Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Project Tapestry, your data, and your results.

About Project Tapestry

Project Tapestry is built by Otsuka Precision Health, a technology and digital health company. Project Tapestry maps your menopause experience into a personal report and a Menopause Advocacy Toolkit, designed to support more informed conversations with your provider. Your insights are generated from what you share, using an algorithm built specifically for the menopause and perimenopause transition. Project Tapestry is a free resource and confidential.

To make your healthcare truly effective, we use your data to make sure your voice is heard in the big picture Project Tapestry wants to paint to accurately reflect every woman's unique experience with the menopause transition. Your data contribution adds a vital piece to this big picture where women's health data for this stage of life has historically been missing and/or piecemeal, directly transforming what providers see and how they respond. By participating in Project Tapestry,  you help build a diverse collective dataset that empowers healthcare providers to deliver personalized, undeniable, and highly effective care for all women.

No. Tapestry does not diagnose, stage, or recommend interventions. Your report reflects what you have shared with us. It is designed to help you organize and communicate your experience clearly, not to replace a conversation with your healthcare provider.

The Assessment

About 15 to 20 minutes, including a few short questions and some open-ended space to share more if you want.

Your Results

A personalized Tapestry Report that reflects your experience back with context, names patterns commonly discussed in the menopause literature, and includes a Menopause Advocacy Toolkit you can bring to your next provider or loved one conversation.

You can always log back in to view your results or download a PDF.

Your Data & Privacy

Health information like your age, what you are experiencing, what you have been trying, and any conditions you have. Plus open-ended responses about your experience and your email address so we can send your report.

Your information generates your personalized Project Tapestry Report. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to support research and build better health tools for women, areas that have been historically underfunded and underrepresented.
