Project Tapestry is winding down

Dear Valued User,

We are writing to share a difficult update regarding Project Tapestry. After careful thought and consideration, we have made the decision to shut down Project Tapestry on October 1, 2026. We created this platform to give women a chance to share their story and to have an impact on what has been missing by contributing to critical data gaps and research in the areas of perimenopause and menopause. However, Otsuka Precision Health, Inc. (“OPH”) will be winding down operations effective December 31, 2026, and Project Tapestry was a solution offered by OPH. Because your contributions matter, we are working with our affiliate, Bonafide Health, LLC, a women’s health company that focuses on non-prescription, hormone-free solutions for the symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause, to transfer your personal data in accordance with the Project Tapestry Informed Consent. Your personal data will continue to shape women’s health, and Bonafide Health may contact you with additional opportunities to participate in research related to symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
